This week, the National Rural Lenders Association is proud to spotlight Magnolia Guaranteed Lending and its financing of Sun Life Health's new medical campus in Casa Grande, Arizona.

Through the USDA Community Facilities Guaranteed Loan Program, Magnolia Bank provided $52 million in financing to help bring a new four-story medical campus to life. The new campus brings a wide range of healthcare services together under one roof, including primary care, pediatrics, OB/GYN, walk-in care, an in-house pharmacy, mammography, integrated behavioral health, patient education and support services, and medical workforce training programs

The project comes at a particularly meaningful time as Sun Life Health celebrates 50 years of serving the Casa Grande community in 2026. A ribbon cutting was held July 10, with services opening in phases from July 20 through August 17. Projects like this demonstrate the important role USDA guaranteed lending can play in supporting essential services and strengthening rural communities.
